1. By using Rural Maps, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. You must be registered with us to use Rural Maps’ services. We reserve the right to decline registration or suspend use of our site without giving a reason.

3. Rural Maps sources the majority of its mapping and land owner details under licence from Land Information New Zealand and other third parties. As such we can not warrant the information we provide is necessarily accurate, current, reliable, complete or error free.

4. The map is free for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial users should contact us at farmmaps@outlook.com to discuss an appropriate agreement.

5. All efforts are made to ensure that the information we provide to you is up to date, however, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make any amendments from time to time. We also may redact or exclude information to make the content more user friendly. We are always wanting to provide the best and most accurate information possible, so if you are aware of any errors or incorrect information, please let us know.

6. All information provided by Rural Maps and its data is protected by the laws of Copyright, Trademark, Licence, and other intellectual property rights and is strictly for personal use only. It must not be used for any commercial gain or benefit. The compilation, organisation, sharing, or display of the content of the site is prohibited and are the exclusive property of Rural Maps.

7. To the maximum extent possible and applicable by the Laws of New Zealand, under no circumstances will Rural Maps be held liable for any implied warranties, conditions, or terms, and will not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether foreseen or unforeseen) relating to loss of emotional wellbeing, data, revenue, anticipated profits or savings, business, opportunity, goodwill or injury to reputation.

8. Rural Maps will not be held liable for losses suffered to third parties or for any direct or indirect general, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the services provided, regardless of the form of action.

At Rural Maps, we value your privacy. Here's how we handle your information:
